A quick take on California, interstate commerce, and restraint of trade.

It's amazing how the Left turned on its head the commerce clause (which was written in order to prevent state legislatures from conducting restraint of trade in interstate commerce) and used the clause against private entities.

Тhe commerce clause was not intended against private entities. It was intended to be a bulwark against corrupt state legislatures. And now a State is clearly restraining interstate trade through its state government and no one seems to understand what a violation of the constitution it clearly is.

Supposedly there is phone video of the Constitution being raped on a crowded California loading dock, and no one did anything to stop the Constitution's attacker. Notyoutube has removed all postings of the alleged video.

What's a Constitution? I thought it was just a bunch of silly old jingoist chickenhawk men in white powdered wigs writing about some idiotic nonsense about rights and writing jingoist propaganda while attempting to destroy those perpetuating ideals of molding into subordinate servants of the international community.
