Comrades, President* Biden has announced a brilliant plan to solve the supply chain problems: eliminate the supply. No supply = no supply chain = no problem.

Comrades, it's Einsteinian in its simplicity. Fine the shipping companies $100/day/container, unloaded from the ships, that are sitting in storage on the docks/in the container terminals. This will somehow force the companies that ship goods to our shores to do something about getting those containers moved to their destinations, which was previously not their responsibility. This will result in the shipping companies declining to ship goods to our shores, thus relieving the backlog of containers on the dock.

Supply will be eliminated and there will no longer be a supply chain problem.

Just like the good old days of the Soviet Union.

President* Biden is a genie arse genius.

Comrades, I don't know why anyone didn't think of this before. Joe Biden is a genius. By eliminating supply, not only does he eliminate supply chain issues, he also eliminates inflation. If there's nothing to buy, prices can't increase. No inflation. We have the best President ever.

Comrade Biden seems to now be wanting to eliminate the Ukraine problem by allowing encouraging Russia to eliminate Ukraine, which could be very beneficial to Comrade Biden as it would also eliminate the problem of evidentiary documentation of his and his son's corruption business dealings in Ukraine.
