Thanks of a comrade at the FSB, I have obtained this ultra, mega, uttermost, bolshoyest secret photo of a summit meeting between Biden and Putin with Blinken and Lavrov in attendance.
As you can see, Blinken is busy with a bong, Biden is huffing a crack pipe and Putin and Lavrov are doing shots of Generic and Stolichnaya (same thing) vodka. No wonder summits in Russia result in no result!
