My take: Elected government officials and non-elected bureaucrats illegally aiding and abetting criminal acts and behavior at taxpayer expense and without taxpayer consent.

Does Hochul (pronounced as if a cat is hacking up a hairball) use Nanski's plastic surgeon?  That look seems familiar.
