I'm wondering what happen to the NATO Rapid Reaction Force that they started building 8 years ago to prevent Russia from invading her neighbours.

Apparently, the NATO Response Farce Force is operating as designed. Last I heard, the Rapid Reaction Force was being subjected to delays due to the fact that the European Environment Agency was conducting an environmental impact study to ensure the safety of the very rare but valuable slimy cliff hopper toad. Apparently, that EIS is still ongoing.
