London, United Kingdom -- In a remarkable win for equality, the United Kingdom has finally changed the retirement age so men and women are the same.
As the spokeswoman for the Women's Rights organization "Fight On Sister" put it, "Until this ruling, women got their state pension at 60 but men retired at 65. This blatant discrimination against women has finally ended!"
Both men and women are now eligible for their pension at age 66.
