An interesting book, full of capitalist fiction. Set just a few miles from my Bernmontistan dacha and smack dab in the middle of the area where I played cowboys and indians. Er, I mean imperialists and peaceful cannibalistic indiginous (well after they crossed the land bridge) peoples.
It was so much simpler then.
