Nancy Pelosi said she thinks Joe B should be on Mt. Rushmore. I think it's a great idea and offer my design concept here (free of charge).
This is a most extraordinary suggestion and, considering that the suggestion comes from one who has mastered the art of predicting the direction of the New York Stock exchange, better than the traders, themselves, one that should be contemplated Seriously™.
After all, Joe Biden has faced greater challenges, in his time in office, than FDR. FDR could, at least, talk. FDR never had to face a bigger Threat to Democracy™ than Hitler or Hirohito, not to mention Rommel and Tojo. Biden has faced down Donald J. Trump, the infinite stairway to heaven, also known as Air Force One and a swarm of ice cream vans. With one foot in the grave, he has faced adversity greater than anyone can believe.
From Corn Pop to kids on his lap, teaching him about roaches, to the most amazing debate performance against the Devil, incarnate, President* Biden has cemented his place as an icon of American history. Mistress Pelosi's suggestion should not be dismissed. I've certainly heard worse suggestions. Not many but never underestimate the power of persuasion.
