The danger of that thing losing its orbit and crashing down on the surface of the Earth is scary. Can’t we detonate this thing out in Space before it collides with innocent earthlings?. We could use detonating cable news radio waves or something?

Most Equally Esteemed Comrades,
I denounce myself for returning to these two points, but I think feel that they are not getting enough attention.
The Harris/Walz ticket has revealed scant few of their plans for the USSA. Two of the first and most defined by them are the Unrealized Capital Gains Tax and the Nationalization of the Food Supply in the name of curbing "Inflation".
The Unrealized Capital Gains Tax will instantly turn all investments, most notably the stocks and bonds held by every 401K and IRA, from assets into liabilities. This will cause a massive sell off. A market crash. Like 1929. It is somewhat debatable that Black Thursday caused the Great Depression, but it was a contributing factor. It didn't help. Companies collapsed due to lack of capital. This put millions out of work. The Unrealized Capital Gains Tax would cause such a sell off and trigger a replay of the Great Depression. This can not be unintentional. Another Great Depression would be bad.
But not as bad as an intentional famine. The Nationalization of the Food Supply would cause tremendous shortages of food. Imagine depending on the DMV to provide nutrition for everyone. Good luck with that. A quick glance at all of the Communist countries in the 20th Century that nationalized their food supply reveal that most lost at least 1/3 of their population to famine. Deliberate famine. Harris/Walz want to starve you and your family, Ural Kulak style. Maybe they just want to give the USSA a Great Leap Forward. This is worse than the promised Great Depression.
Hyperbole? Sadly I doubt it.

I was hoping I was way off base and would get another denunciation. Roosevelt waxed eloquent about Stalin's "Difficult Choice". He also publicly stated that he hoped that Appalachia would provide him with the circumstances to make his own "Difficult Choice". I suspect the Harris/Walz Administration is also eager to make a "Difficult Choice". There will be no comfort in having seen this on the horizon.
