In other words, a boondoggle in which taxpayer funds vanish into a black hole to be repurposed for things destructive to the taxpayers who unknowingly funded it.

It's mind-boggling that the DoD can toss such a big chunk of cash into a non defense-related maisma of insincere virtue signalling without Congressional approval or oversight.

The icing on this cake is that the currently woke DoD is ostensibly paying for a study on "women's health" under an administration that can't even define what a woman is.  

Jill's not the only one able to run tax payer funded donations to her friends.

This looks like a well run Global War Fund laundry.

Pennsylvania's background as an anti-war religious value colony and state has come full circle. Men are women and that's sane in PA. However, knowing mysteries of animal husbandry that avoids a lab is dangerous and must be arrested immediately, in PENN State, too.

Having the Global War Fund slush fundable laundry show come to Pennsylvania to help re-elect Kamala, can't be up to nothing.
