I think this is a full view of the morale patch but can't be sure. Comrade Red Salmon must be consulted.

I REALLY didn't want to have to respond to this post. 

The patch on the jacket is for the old Military Airlift Command (MAC).  This was the Major Command responsible for the cargo planes before June 1992.  Then the name changed to Air Mobility Command (AMC) but the mission remained the same.  The Air Force didn't even have the imagination to pick out any different letters for this massive non-event.  Sadly the "AF" probably stands for Air Force.  Oh the shame!

Now for some horribly biased hearty speculation on my part.  As far as I know, I never crossed paths with Comrade EO 13848.  While everyone in MAC was technically an airlifter, some airlifters were more equal than others.  I belonged to what was affectionately nicknamed Little MAC.  Little MAC operated those (relatively) small propeller driven C-130s.  We were in no way equal to the vaunted C-141 and C-5 cargo jets.  They were ever so sexy and superior.  The Little MAC community was fairly tight knit and I knew a large number of my Little MAC brethren.  As such, I believe Comrade EO 13848 belonged to Big MAC.  He was most assuredly NOT in the Special Ops Community. 

Any further speculation on my part would be mean spirited and pointless. 

I did look up Executive Order 13848.  It addresses foreign influence in National Elections.  I know using my memory is not in accordance with Party Directives, but I gotta ask.  Was it President Elect Trump that had foreign nationals (Brits) entering the country for the explicit purpose of electioneering in North Carolina?  Oh wait.  That was the now forgotten Kamala.  Could someone find Comrade EO 13848 and let him know he has the wrong end of the stick. 

I hope that clouds the issue sufficiently.

I've had many good experiences with MAC, big and little, with and without parachutes. I think this jerk doesn't represent MAC or anyone else but his own treasonous ass.
