I'm glad you asked that question because it saves me from proceeding with my next 2-Minute Hate.
Firstly the waffle house chain in question is not affiliated with the Secret Underground Bunker (SUB) Waffle House franchise. Ours is an above-board underground waffle house (it does not hire illegal migrants who mix the batter with their feet or high-school students who pop their zits over the grill while cooking).
Secondly, we do not now nor will we ever demand a surcharge on eggs because it's dishonest and unjustifiable. If the price of eggs goes up, the menu prices go up. A disreputable restaurant will keep advertising low prices (bait) and then hit customers with a surcharge (switch). SUBWH will not do that.
HOWEVER
We
will add a surcharge of five dollars every time a customer asks,
"Is there anything else to drink," because we're a little tired of that question.

Most Equally Esteemed Comrades,
Maybe we could increase the egg supply while signaling our unassailable virtue by agitating for the available egg supply to be of the cage free variety. The Party™ in Michiganistan swears by this supply enhancing technique. Or maybe it just has yet to be implemented by the right correct persons? Either way, this would be a clear step in the GWONT direction!

We should continue to kill egg laying hens so they don’t get the bird flu. Who cares if they’re cage free hens? Kill ‘em all, so they don’t get the flu. Is the jackalope the only comrade not taking her crazy pills?

Comrades, Comrades, Comrades, we need to seek out the exalted wisdom of Bill Gates during this crisis. Perhaps Bill and the Wuhan lab can attempt to create lab-grown eggs, along with a fabulous selection of lab-grown meat. As a bonus, they could make it in rainbow colors, which would go a long way to reinforce the political black magic on the home front.

As you read the collection of headlines (below), bear in mind that one of the goals of the globalist
Great Reset (with UN Agenda 2030, WHO, the WEF and the Davos crowd) is to replace meat production with "sustainable" plant and insect protein.
Key players appear to be China, the Biden Administration, Big Pharma, Big Investment, the UN, WHO, CDC, FDA and…
mysterious fires and explosions.
The above list omits similar or related headlines about the bird flu's effect on beef production, which is similarly under assault.
Comrades, they want us to "eat ze bugs," and they don't mind creating a pandemic to achieve their
