Due to less USAID funding, Progressives have been forced to scale back on spending to produce spontaneous riots in response to systemic stuff hidden deep in the DNA of Amerikkkan's human nature. Note that pallets of bricks were not readily at hand for use by the gathered crowd in this underfunded Cheap Riot for Progressives. (CRP)
"Scaling back from the ability to fund mostly peaceful Progressive Riots capable of destroying private and public property at will is a difficult challenge," said a masked Federal Employee assisting with sound equipment, "so, we are searching for less expensive ways to instigate a Progressive Riot. Getting back to our progressive folklore roots through singing songs inspired by Gulag Railroad Poets is something we are exploring during this funding crisis. Bring Your Own Brick (BYOB) is something we are advising all Progressive Rioters to consider. The days of being able to throw money at commotion to create a really destructive Progressive Riot requires attendees to come prepared at their own expense. The expectation of free bail and pro-bono legal defense is no longer affordable for Progressive Rioters due to government cuts."
