We don't think the same as Russians, and it seems more Russians know this than do most Westerners. Hence, Russians are good at equivocating about peace knowing that what we hear is not what they mean. Probably everybody on this forum already knows that, but here's a tutorial for those who missed the orientation at Tractor Barn #2.
