I had extra beet vodka last evening to celebrate.

OK, it was potato vodka, but the thought was there.

One might think a root vegetable is a root vegetable.  And one might be correct.  I wonder if I could distill some turnip or rutabaga spirits?  Nowhere near as correct as beet vodka, but it might be fit to share with some party members.  Some vodka is more equal than other vodka. 

Most importantly, Many Happy Returns Of The Day for TPC!  Especially when The Day falls on Next Tuesday.  Shoulder to shoulder comrades!
