It was a fun movie in 2000 that could have been better, A sequel seemed unlikely until now...
- Our story begins 20 years after their last adventure.
- Our heroes languish in their Frostbite Falls home, bored and unaware of any impending danger.
- Meanwhile, in Eastern Europe, trouble in brewing in Pottsylvania.
- Boris Badunov, Natasha Fatale and Fearless Leader have hatched a new plot.
- Once again taking human form, they arrive in New York with evil intent.
- The trio revives RBTV (Really Bad TV) with a plan to alter the outcome of New York elections.
- RBTV uses the same brainwashing device as the one 20 years earlier, set to "Total Zombification"...
- ...but the revamped device turns already zombified Democrats into Democratic Socialist zombies.
- These zombies will vote for any candidate that hates America, no matter how radical, criminal, perverse or insane!
- The zombies do the bidding of Fearless Leader, with all votes counted promptly instead of over days and weeks.
- The results are predictable.
