We must denounce the Russian President Medvedev for his lack of enthusiasim in greeting DEAR LEADER. The disdain and contempt (and the vodka) absolutely reeks from Medvedev.
He acts as if DEAR LEADER is an empty suit rather than the best, coolest President ever!

Empty Suit!?! His O'liness is an empty suit? His O'liness licks Medvedev's boots? His O'liness spit shines the toilet stool after Medvedev is done?
