In regards to the original ad (I don't mean Maksim's improved version), if Obama's smiling mug and signature are included, doesn't that sort of imply an official endorsement?

Superkommissar Maksim I am so relieved to see your ad. The true workers for the Glorious World of Next Tuesday need these to get the real job done. The ad doesn't say, but I'm sure they must have the steel toes.
