Perhaps the new Obama action figure has kung fu grip--or maybe his hands are positioned for this:
Now that I consider this and take a second look at the action figure, I don't think it's really an action figure. Action figures are usually shown with flexible, bendable joints everywhere, and are often gripping weapons, whereas the Obama figure has a grip on nothing, is stiff, erect, and even looks as if it has a stick (or something like it) shoved up it somewhere.

I'm such a ninny. After taking a closer look--you are right. I did think it was a rather poorly made action figure. But it does remind me of this classic scene. It takes a little while to unfold, but it's well worth it.
