Congratulations Comrades, we have won another long hard fought battle against the racist right wingers!
The House of Representatives passed a historic bill Wednesday that narrows sentencing disparities between crack and powder cocaine convictions, which civil rights and civil liberties experts say contributed to the
disproportionate imprisonment of African-Americans in recent decades.
It is about time that we dealt fairly with crack dealers.

Also need subsidies for crack cocaine to keep prices up. Perhaps that is the answer to getting it out of the ghetto.
