Comrades,
It is about time that our glorious collectivist enterprise, i.e., United Nations, is considering a global internet police. We already see and hear thoughts of the masses via electronic mediums. Why not add the internet to the list? If the United Socialist States of America can grant a non-delegated power to itself to regulate, err, "net neutrality," then the UN may do the same. After all, equality is what we chase.
Remember, Comrades, regulation, "neutrality," or whatever is for the children. Regulation is good!

Brazilian representatives recently called on UN officials to create "global standards" for internet content, citing controversial web content like WikiLeaks that some consider a threat to national and global security. Backed by several other supporting nations including China and Saudi Arabia, the proposal would not constitute an internet takeover, says its authors. But this appears untrue as it would clearly hand over powers to international governing bodies to arbitrarily regulate internet content.
