Well, since the old, outdated white slave owner written one one is pretty much gone anyway, crossed out and burned up (praise Lenin!), it's good to see that Dear Leader and his Committee are hard at work creating a new one for us (between golf and dealing with ridiculously obstinate Rethugglikans it's hard to find the time though! Maybe FLATUS can work on it too!).
