I am really confused this time. He was the founder of the "700 club"?,

Why is 600 even relevant? I also question the source of his "revelation" on Dope. Could this be it takes one to know one deal?
Perhaps he is cultivating on communal property?
Is our vision out of focus or is he out to focus?Could there be a capitalistic profit motive here?
