This "pinnate" reference originally confused me so I looked it up (which was no help) but then, being a forgiving and magnanimous prog, I assumed it was a loose reference to the time Rush Limbaugh was stopped at the airport and Viagra was discovered in Mr. Limbaugh's luggage. Upon discovery Mr. Limbaugh commented, "How did I get Bob Dole's luggage", which I found extremely funny and credited our comrade with Creativity In Perpetuity.
