The murder of 20 million people on the way to Utopia is a statistic; the death of a Stalinist apologist is a glorious news story.
A famous British historian Eric Hobsbawm, who justified communist terror and, until his death, treated the USSR with "indulgence and tenderness," has finally cashed in his ration cards and is now officially pushing up hammers and sickles in that great socialist Utopia to which he wanted all of us to go while he was alive.
Some of the less conscientious comrades may wonder, what made him spend his life in the capitalist hellhole of Great Britain and not move to dreamy Soviet Russia instead? Was he afraid he wouldn't last this long if he had? That if he stepped out of line, he might bite the dust prematurely?
Nonsense! Everyone knows that no one has ever died in the workers' paradise! Biting the dust is extremely bourgeois and individualistic. In Soviet Russia, the dust bites you!
