President B. Hussein Obama declared in Miami on Thursday that no dimes were harmed in the making of the financial stimulus package.

“We got back every dime we used to rescue the financial system," stated the president, "and you can just ignore what the Congressional Budget Office is saying about us losing 24 billion dollars!"

The president then broke into a delightful little dance, which culminated in his juggling several of the rolls of dimes which the government got back from the stimulus. The crowd on the beach went wild as President Obama at one point balanced three rolls on his nose while juggling two with his left foot.

I believe has was referring to "dime bag". It is clear one was smoked when concocting the stimulus package.

Is he referring to the fact that no dimes are hurt in the March on Dimes?

It's pretty easy to not harm any dimes when all the transactions take place using unmarked bills and no dimes at all.

Of course Dear Leader got back every dime. He uses them as markers when he's out doing his perpetual golfing and can't afford to lose a single one.
