House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) pushed back on Fox News's Neil Cavuto's citation of record low African American unemployment under President Trump, saying African Americans “were fully employed during slavery.”

According to CNBC, in the latest numbers African-Americans maintained their lowest jobless rate at 5.5 percent. Hispanics also hit a record low of 3.9 percent in September 2019, as well as Asian Americans at 2.5 percent. These are some of the lowest levels recorded since the government started keeping track in 1972.

So slavery was the "good ol' days." Got it!

Technically they were slaves, not employees. Minor distinction for us, major distinction for the slaves. Frankly, I haven't seen the Democrats this angry since Lincoln freed their slaves...

North Korea also has 100% employment. Some of it is not voluntary though. And I think they may have a different way of tabulating it. Just like their elections.

And Van Cliburn was never the same after he licensed his work to K-Tel records.
