Comrades, I can tell you... There is unanimous agreement within the DNC Politburo™ that soon after Comrade Biden is sworn he will be declared mentally unable to execute the proletariat duties of the office. Thus, Comrade Kamala will become the de facto President of the United Soviet States of AmeriKa!
