Most Equally Esteemed Komrads,

These IRS Agents, new and old, bring to mind the venerable STASI.  The actual agents of the STASI were riding high while the GDR stood.  However once the wall fell, many of them “disappeared’‘ in short order.  So did their families.  Many assumed that they escaped.  I have several friends who were residents of the former GDR.  They claim very few left.  Their neighbors “took care of them”.

As an ex-Fed I have considered applying for one of these jobs.  See what it is like on the inside.  Sort of like seeing behind the curtain in the DHS under Big Sis.

As Balzac or someone else said, “The revenge of the sheep is terrible to witness”.

I should know better in the Current Truth™,

I have a strong suspicion that one of the goals of adding 87K IRS Agents is to look for anyone that contributes to a Republican political candidate (or to Judicial Watch or similar groups) and target them for audits and similar harassment.

They won't hide it, either. In fact, once word gets 'round they're hoping people will be afraid to contribute, or even speak out. It's a way to defund the organized political Right, and shut us up.

It's also a way of adding a whole bunch of gub'mint employees that always vote "D".

Pardon, this Re; Education Update of your post Red Zep. There is no question, comrade,

"These IRS Agents, new and old, bring to mind the venerable STASI."

As a way to add a whole bunch of gub'mint employees who will always vote "D", the following quota or 87K IRS Agents has been requisitioned.

IRS Detachment Forces will eventually get to every citizen
believed to have contributed to a Republican political candidate (or to Judicial Watch or similar groups) and then prosecute them with an increased labor force of Democrat Party voting base to perform audits and other forms of harassment until Dark Brandon, comes.

And GOAL #2 --- This is VITAL --for full Re-Educational Purposes Only!!!

2. We must increase Democrat voters, through the hiring of agents trained to defund the organized political Right, because shutting up the competition is the only way to ensure the future of the Democrat Party.

--------------------------------------------------
Is that okay, Red Zep? Less suspicion about the message being conveyed. These are STASI forces, oh dirigible one, the goal is to remove all suspicion of their intent.

When socialist regimes fail, suddenly leftists call them 'right-wing'

Now, who of you comrades have done it? Be honest, the Party is merciful and compassionate.

Red, I must confess that I did use the phrase, at least twice, in the history textbook I wrote, but I cannot claim this unauthorized use of one of the People's Catch-phrases.

Obama's Civilian National Security Force

“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

No reason for concern, considering where the article was published.

Thanks for posting the vid. Its presentation is a bit melodramatic but it DOES summarize vital information that many citizens of the USSA are still unaware of.

RE: When Socialist Regimes Fail, Suddenly Leftists Call Them "Right Wing"

How often have you heard the National Socialists, AKA the NAZIS, referred to as "Right Wing"?

The very first commenter to the American Thinker article took the thought right outta my head.

The only thing remotely "Right Wing" about the Nazis was a strong sense of nationalism* (Deutschland über alles, anyone?). Other than that, it's as hard-left totalitarian as it gets.

I remember when Mahmoud Ahmadinejad became President of Iran they called him "conservative". I believe it was the NYT that said he was "Iran's version of George Bush", or some such nonsense.

Another example is how the Republican and Democrat parties miraculously changed places with regards to segregation, etc. in the American South. (Nixon didn't help with the alleged "Southern Strategy"). BTW, Robert Byrd could not be reached for comment.

*I consider myself an American Nationalist - I love this country and believe in American Exceptionalism (another misunderstood concept). I just wish the ill-informed on the left would quit prefacing it with "White" every time I say "Nationalist"........and since they have a fundamental misunderstanding of what this country is they don't even get the irony.

To clarify, they didn't ACTUALLY change places, but the Loopy Loony Lemming Like Lying Lefty Losers say they did. Y'all knew what I meant, I'm sure.

Sorry for the lapse in OPSEC, Esteemed Horned Lagomorphical Komerad. Hiding our true intent is paramount in uncertain times like these.

BTW, is BR-549 disconnected? I've been calling about the warranty on the used Lada they sold me....... can't seem to get through.

I agree with what you've written. There are a lot of bogus charts and diagrams out there that were OBVIOUSLY made by leftists with no political acumen. Here's one that's somewhat closer to reality:

civilian
sĭ-vĭl′yən
noun
A person who is not an active member of the military, the police, or a belligerent group in a conflict.
A person who is not an employee of the government.
A specialist in Roman or civil law.

I guess BHO was a bit confused about civilians. By the Constitution, I'm already part of the Civilian National Security Force, while those that he called civilians are nothing but thugs on the government payroll.

I would caution you about dictionaries since the woke Merriam Webster Dictionary has been changing solid definitions to include PC mumbo jumbo.

The Constitution views the "Militia" as civilians and they are expected to be belligerents in a conflict, so...CONSTITUTION 1 | DICTIONARY O.

BHO wasn't confused at all: blurring the lines between fact and fiction, reality and fantasy makes it easier for the Left to split semantical hairs, prevaricate endlessly and slip and slide and flip and flop.
