Democrat Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer said her order restricting travel between residences and barring golf is okay because it's snowing.
* Whitmer prohibited big box retailers from in-person sale of seeds because according to her, food is non-essential.
* In late March Governor Gretchen Whitmer limited access of doctors from prescribing the lifesaving drugs hydroxychloroquine and Z-Paks to save senior citizens in the state from Coronavirus.
* Whitmer also called on Home Depot and Lowes to shut down to close certain sections like flooring, garden centers and plant nurseries.
* The governor also banned travel between homes for Michigan residents!
And now Gov. Whitmer said her orders are okay because… it's snowing.
In a case of stunning judicial overreach, a Judge in West Michigan issued orders to have people suspected of being sick with COVID-19 to be arrested, with no other charges.
According to The Great Lakes Justice Center on April 6, 2020, Kent County Chief Circuit Judge Mark Trusock issued a court order authorizing the police to involuntarily detain (arrest) anyone suspected to a “carrier and health threat” to the community.
It appears the Judge doesn't understand general arrest warrants are not legal in The United States. Just because you are a Judge doesn't mean you can issue detention orders against an entire class of people. In America, arrest warrants are executed for individual citizens and must be specified in the charges being leveled.

“Republicans see a female governor of a state that's at the forefront of the biggest political issue facing the nation—and a state that they're desperate to keep,” an aide to Whitmer told The Daily Beast. “But if you're going to try and take shots against the governor for political purposes, you have to do better than Gateway Pundit.”
