There were others in the previous years, but the links to the podcasts have expired. I wonder if I should bother saving these for posterity or let them expire as well...
Yes, comrade, by all means save these for posterity. Posterity has always had a way of making pre-depository defunct.

How excellent, Comrade Red Square! Sadly, I may be too busy redistributing chocolate amongst the Korean masses to listen to your charismatic dialectics over the state-controlled radio. ;___;
Will there be a way to obtain transcripts of these interviews?

Comrade Red Square,
With all this good talk of yours on air, I don't/can't imagine why there is such a furor over talk radio.
Maybe they are hoping you will not be the next radio furor!

Odd, you sound much taller on the phone.

OK, I tried all different ways to download the first podcast but failed. Does anyone here know how to save MP3 from a podcast and /or can volunteer to create and send me the files?
The Party gratitude will be palpable.
11/11/2010, 5:36 pm
Comrade Whoopie
Yes Red Square, the plugin "Download Helper" for FireFox will grab the podcast as an MP-3 file (at least on the first one I tried, don't about the others yet).
I will start the download and let you know.
Update: Ok, I have the file from the Paul Ibbetson/Kansas podcast saved as MP-3 (50.8 Mb). Will try to send it to your mailbox (hope it fits).

I don't have the vaguest idea how to do any of this myself, but that's not important. What is important is that I care about this. In fact, I care more than Whoopie, who's only helping you to get that bag of money and Obama bust and that bottle of what I happen to know is just bubble bath and it's not even the hippie kind.
And if you can save all of these interviews for posterity, you should absolutely do so. Think of the possibilities hundreds of thousands of years from now, when the world has been totally destroyed by man-made global warming, and the few who are left will be forced to live in caves, their only contact with the distant past a collection of talking rings which, when tossed and spun on a smooth surface, will allow them to hear YOUR voice. You will thus "live" forever and they'll build a Cube-shaped temple with your likeness on top of it. They will think you're a prophet, a messiah who will one day come back and lead them to the Glorious World of Next Tuesday.
Because as Obama himself said, in 2008 we weren't voting for Change to happen right away. We were only voting to "start a movement" for Change--and as you know, that will take years.
And years . . . and years . . . and years . . .
But if that doesn't convince you, then at least think of the Great-Grandchildren.

Red Square now has his precious podcast but I forgot to ask him what I get in the way of party favors (slapping his forehead). I would've settled for the bubble bath.
Maggie is great - we became friends and spoke for another hour even after the show ended. She's the firebrand speaker our media needs more of. Her site: https://www.theunsolicitedopinion.com

Comrade Whoopie
I'd like to give credit to a personal friend of mine who posts here as Comrade Kofkey for telling Maggie about Shakedown Socialism and urging her to set up a phone interview.
Red Square as usual was in top form and I think this was one his best interviews yet. Even so, a full hour hardly scratched the surface of his vast knowledge of life under Soviet rule.
Maggie is a member of the Valley Forge Tea Party group.

I thought Comrade Whoopie was referring to the Picasso of Right Wing Progressive Propaganda, better known as the short and stubby Red Colored Cube known as Comrade Red Square -- yes, the brilliant and creative mastermind of this very website.
- These crazy kapitalist believe that Picasso was one of the most creative artists ever to walk the planet, but of course, to us, he was just Pablo, the crazy commie painter, who lived like a kapitalist.

An added note:
Picasso's artwork is so loved by kapitalists that of the top 10 most expensive paintings of all time in the world, he painted 5 of them.

Oh dear, Leninka mistook my quote as a reference to physical size when in fact I was referring to Red Square's intellectual stature. As in "If you think he's profound in these interviews, you should talk to him in person."

There may have been a reference to Red Square being a head and shoulders taller than anybody. Could this allegory for superior intellect have been transposed into physical dimensions?

Tonight @8PM ET is the World Premier of Chimpsy's Real American 87: The CRA Christmas Show
Ho Ho Ho! It's that festive time of year again, as DC hosts his 5th annual Christmas Show! Get out the eggnog, and get ready for some new parody tunes, as well as the liberal-mocking ditties of CHIMPSmas' past. Listen as DC unwraps the messages left for him under the big CRA tree! And be there, as DC tells us of a Soldier's Christmas!
DC will also be joined by Oleg Atbashian, director of the People's Cube (https://thepeoplescube.com) and author of Shakedown Socialism. As they discuss the failure of Socialism.
And as a bonus gift, DC will define the liberal term NEOCON, and expose those who use it!
So don't be a Scrooge, a Grinch, or a liberal... and be there with Jingle Bells on!!!!
I hear you... maybe you can switch it out for pic of Bruno? Although it does have that Danny Elfman jis-a-qua....

Actually, I'm getting comfortable enough being on the radio to start our own People's Cube show, maybe once a week, on a weekend night. With Blogtalkradio it's easy. The question is, how many comrades will be willing to call in and stay on the phone for an hour. Perhaps we can start a special thread just for this to find out, and to discuss the possible format, topics, title, etc. That way our audience will be expanded exponentially.

Commissar, While you are most equal, I'm afraid such work pails in comparison to what we've been doing in Amerikan Universities long before your jackboots ever touched Amerikan soil.
Infiltrate the Amerikan psyche like Comrade Marcuse, or infiltrate the Amerikan academic system like Comrade Bill Ayers and then I believe there would be providence or city in the New USSA with your name on it.

The biggest talk show so far - Mike Rosen, covering the entire Colorado. He's the one who usually conducts televised electoral debates in his state, and has the Colorado Governor and the Denver Mayor on his show on a regular basis.
He was a great host, and as an added bonus, after the interview the book sales on Amazon jumped dramatically.
