Dear Comrades,

The Central Committee of the Party sent a congratulatory telegram yesterday to Comrade President William Vasilievich Clinton, retired Party Chairman and President of the USSA, on his unanimous election as Father of the Year for 2012. As former Father of our Fatherland, it is fitting that such a great paragon of Socialist Virtues be given this great honor.

As Chairman and President, Comrade William Vasilievich embodied the Principles by which the Party has always operated:

He was a man of unquestioned honesty.

He was loyal and faithful as a Husband to all those women who needed a man to meet their needs.

He was self-sacrificial, living a hard life before, during, and after leaving office, for the sake of the Masses toiling in poverty under the boot of Capitalism.

Comrades, there can be no greater example of fatherhood than Comrade William Vasilievich. We owe much of today's social progress to his tireless labor for the People. His compassion is world-renowned, and his warm embrace brought consolation to so many.

Young Socialists need to study with great care the life and works of this great Hero of Socialism. We must teach our young men to emulate his example. They should aspire to be a Bill for all those young Hillarys that our glorious public schools are busy shaping.

Congratulations to Comrade William Vasilievich! May we, the workers and peasants of the USSA, never forget your trustworthy example of Socialist Fatherhood!

His name is William Vagisilevich Clinton.
