More rationalizing from Hansen. Actual scientists know very well that the heavy particulates produced by coal don't do any such thing. Which only goes to prove that the only scientifically and historically proven reliable and sustainable form of energy is Muscle Power. The Third-World is just teeming with unlimited reserves of good cheap Muscle-Power. We need to tap that natural resource. Send in the military! Round 'em up! Put 'em to work.
