Today, Comrade Party Chairman and President Barack Barackovich Obama issued a formal declaration from the White Fortress upholding the rights of all Doctors and Medical Personnel to inform on their patients if they are engaging in counter-revolutionary activities, such as possessing weapons.

Doctors should feel free to denounce patients to State Security apparatuses for further treatment, via Therapeutic Incarceration and Medicinal Arms Seizures, which are covered under the Affordable Healthcare Act passed by unanimous vote of the People's Congress.

Obama Asks Doctors to Help Deal With Guns

Deputies of the People's Congress passed the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act under Comrade President W. V. Clinton, which normally protects patient information from being divulged without the patient's permission. However, Comrade Barack Barackovich's decree instructs the Department of Social Justice's Committee for the Regulation of Medical Information to exempt doctors from potential arrest for violating HIPAA for reporting patients who potentially own weapons.

By declaring denunciations Civil Right, our Glorious Leader has advanced not only the entire Progressive concept of Civil Rights in include Free Mandatory Healthcare, Universal Public Housing, and Compulsory Nationalized Education, but also the Human Right to Denounce Disloyal Citizens afflicted with mental illness.

The Department of Mandatory Health and Human Services has recently defined gun ownership and the ideation of gun ownership rights to be a form of mental illness, and has vested the Department of Social Justice's various enforcement apparatuses with the responsibility of treating sufferers with the required treatment regimens (i.e. pacification counseling, therapeutic incarceration, weapons seizures, removal of children and minorities from the home, etc.).

Therefore, doctors would be negligent for not referring patients for the appropriate State Security treatment, and could potentially be held liable if such patients became violent or were found by some other means to be in possession of weapons. Medical professionals are advised to perform diagnostic interrogations on all patients on their views regarding weapons ownership, so that the State can cure these patients under the Universal Pacification Plan.

It is expected at a later date that professional educators will also be given similar rights of denunciation, so that they can report this form of mental illness through diagnostic interrogations.

Posting "Out of Karakter" here, but something in that article just didn't click within my Progressive Brain (probably because my local Komissar's "boot-to-the-head" didn't take effect yet). Guns, without someone to pull the trigger, kind of just sit there (most equally, too! It makes one wonder.) So do knives. And stones. And sticks. And assault bananas. And... well, you get the picture.
I guess my point is, why are we so terrified of guns if all they do in nature is just lay around wherever someone left them?

Fhalkyn, you have obviously fallen vicitm to the Capitalist Bourgeiose lie that "guns don't kill people, people do." Guns are evil engines of destruction bent on a crusade to eradicate all life. Why do you think gun stores have bars over the windows? It is to keep the guns from escaping and embarking on bloody rampages through the streets!

And for any of those comrades who still believe that it's people who kill people and not guns, just take a look at the plethora of SUV stories and how they continue to this day going on random killing sprees and rampages. Is this not enough proof that guns also randomly go on killing sprees and rampages beyond the control of humans?

Just like SUVs, guns have a mind and will all their own. They are out of control and need to be confiscated and returned to molten metal. For the Children's Sake™.
