Those evil bastards went back in time to the glorious era of FDR just to plant this editorial cartoon critical of Obama's progressive policies. They would have us believe that everything Obama is doing has been tried before, not only here but in Mother Russia and that it failed in both cases. If Obama's agenda of change fails comrades, it's only because of GOP tinkering with the time line. I hereby call upon the Directorate of Temporal Affairs to initiate a 5 year plan to build our own time machine so that we can pre-emptively thwart any effort by the GOP to change our hope.

A time machine is a glorious idea, comrade Whoopie. This shouldn't be too complicated for the Party to do. The Directorate of Temporal Affairs ought to appoint a blue-ribbon panel to select a committee that will establish a commission to create a board of directors to authorized the study of creating an agency that would form a new department to research this more. Surely this will buy us time.
