USSA Today Op-Ed
The Project was launched on February 23, 2015, with a joint op-ed by Comrade Rep. Cummings and Comrade Senator Warren that appeared in USSA Today:

From the end of the Great Patriotic War to about 1990, Soviet Russia built a middle class unlike anything known on earth. As the economy grew, income and family wealth grew. Families had the right to homes, food, and health care, took vacations, educated their children and knew even their retirement would be taken care of for them. This spurred demand for consumer goods and housing, combining to build one of the most unprecedented periods of growth in history.

But then things changed. Beginning in the late 1970s, traitors and economic criminals began taking greater shares of the gains. Productivity kept going up, but workers were left behind as wages stagnated.

Families might have survived as their incomes flattened, except for one hard fact: the costs of basic needs like housing, education and child care exploded. The Soviets took on mountains of debt and young people began struggling to cling to the same economic rung as their parents.

Here in America after the 2008 economic collapse, massive financial institutions received billions of dollars in bailouts, while families across the country watched helplessly as their home values and savings crashed and millions of jobs disappeared.

These events were not caused by an invisible hand. They were not the inevitable result of globalization or organic market trends. Instead, powerful interest groups, massive corporations and the super-rich rigged the system to jack up their profits and grab the spoils for themselves.

The Working Classes Prosperity Project has been created by Comrade Rep. Cummings and Comrade Senator Warren. The Project's mission is to bring to justice the economic criminals who've conspired against and oppressed the working classes and international socialism and to seize and redistribute the wealth that has been robbed from labor.

The prosperity that socialism brought to the Soviet Union can be ours, today. Our prosperity plan for America bears absolutely NO, ZIP, NADA, resemblance to anything that created prosperity in mid-centruy America. If it did it would be a plan to dismantle the humungous regulatory/welfare state that is strangling America today. If we were to actually create the conditions that led to prosperity and the independent citizens collectively termed "the American middle class" we would have to start limiting the government.

Our plan doesn't have anything to do with the "middle class" of America. Our plan will make the working classes dependent on the Party. Forever. We plan on a Soviet style middle class.

Only strong communism will return us to the days of the strong working classes!

The panelists have more degrees than a thermometer. The kombined elektrikal energy of all of their firing neural synapses would be enough to power a Chevy Volt, heavily laden with traktor parts, on a journey over the Kontinental Divide.

Rest assured, komrades, we are in good hands. Who should know more about the struggle of the middle klass than members of a viktimized privileged klass like Komrade Senator Porkahontus Warren and Komrade Representative Kummings? They are both koncerned with the struggle of the middle klass and now, it's time to do something about bringing those kulpable to justice.

The panelists have read many textbooks and akademic papers regarding the theories about what it takes to aktually work for a living, pay taxes, pay bills, and support a middle klass family. This, koupled with their brilliance will enable them to decide what's best for the peasants whether they like it or not.

In fact it will be best to eliminate the word "working" as it is a capitalist ploy used to convey self worth. All comrades have the same worth, they are interchangeable and in that sense worthless. We should refer to all, other than our Great & Glorious Leaders, simply as comrade. There is no bottom, there is no middle, there are only comrades who must comply with the decisions that come from above from our elevated Great & Glorious Leaders. That is how we "get things done" while the capitalists are stymied by wasteful democratic process and "worker" protest we move FORWARD! Our Great & Glorious Leaders know what the correct shared responsibility is today and what it will be next Tuesday. At last. A righteous effort to avenge the crimes of capitalism and the imperialist bourgeois. Justice delayed is justice denied. Doubtless the brilliance of the morally superior beacon Comrade Cummings and Warren will shine through the darkness of oppression and slavery of the exploited workers. I hope ISIS draws courage from this example, and likewise may one day avenge the treachery of betrayal at the siege of Vienna in 1683.

Dear me, then what will become of our glorious marching songs, the ones I learned in my youth: "One two three, pioneers are we, we're fighting for the working class against the bourgeoisie..." Ah, I remember singing that to my comrades in first grade many years ago. Of course, I was not quite fully indoctrinated educated yet, and pronounced the last word "buzhmazee," not having a clue as to what it meant. But no matter. As Comrade Pelosi has so elegantly stated, people shouldn't be concerned about losing the 40-hour work week (and with it a 40-hour paycheck) because it will free Americans to "pursue your happiness … follow your passion." In my presence (while eliminating pests from his woman's government provided Heated Bodily Storage Unit) A section 8 Comrade was informed by his woman that work paying $50.00 per hour was available in New Orleans just for picking up garbage after Katrina. He imparted this wisdom to both of us, "I gots my childruns in Asbury Park, I gots my childruns in New Brunswick, I gots my childrens in Plainfield AND Elizabeth and I got my Moms in Neptune. I got a life. Working is for people ain't got no life." This Dear RedDiaperette is straight from the horses ass...I mean mouth.
