Democrats Still Push for Win With Deceased Candidate on Ballot
A win for deceased candidate Jenny Oropeza will launch a special election

Deceased candidate, Democrat Jenny Oropeza is still holding strong, early ballot data shows that she has nearly a 7 percentage point lead over Republican candidate John Stammreich.

Despite the death of 53-year-old incumbent Oropeza, she still has a likely chance to win the race for State Senate in the 28th district. Because her death on Oct. 20 was within 10 days of the election, her name remains on the ballot.

A week after her death, Democrats sent out mailers to residents, calling for voters to still reelect Oropeza. The mailers featured Secretary of State Debra Bowen and Democratic Party general counsel Martha Escutia.

Republicans responded to the mailers, filing a complaint that the pamphlets were too similar to official election documents and were confusing voters, violating California law. Oropeza's Republican opponent John Stammreich and GOP Chairman Ron Nehring filed the complaint.

This is a grand opportunity. Not only for the necro voters but for all progs. She will vote only as party instructs. The perfect Party Stiff. We should all join in her support. She needs it.

This is a political tactic which seemed to have worked. Maybe more Dems should decease themselves to ensure winning. It is a thought.

Comrades,

Our realm is expanding, previous to this election only voters were allowed to be "parallel" or "perpendicular". This is now expanded to include candidates for office also.

The revolution continues!

Public service even after death? Talk about giving your all for the Party! Our dear Frau is correct. This is something worth considering. Just think, we can get "Teddy" back in the Senate!

She won by 20%. No doubt utililizing the newly reanimated of the Necro Voter System.™ The Necro Candidate System™ worked as well. Every available prog should be enlisted for the needed support.

And I heard that George Soros (he's on our side, as you know), was funding the election of as many Necro-Secretary of States (he's still mad about Florida's Katherine Harris in the 2000 election).

Groucho, I think you've started a whole new collection of terms.

Grigori (may I say it's good to see you out of the ER) you have proposed a most interesting proposition.... Kennedy and Bird still voting. Why just think of all the loyal deceased comrades, this would give a new voice too. What a glorious idea. We shall nary lose Congress again!
