I must be begging the pardon for forceing the length of the video of Sen. Chucky Schumer, not to mention his lengthy blathering speakings, but I was confused and am asking for clarification.

I was educbacation in the glorious public skools in the Peoples Republic of Socialists Massechewsets Massachusetts and if I have correct remembrance, we were taught the 3 branches of the USSA government were are the Executive (yea dear Leader!), Legislative and the Judiciary. But, if you will notice at the very end of Sen. Chucky blather speaking, he says they are the Executive (yea dear Leader!!), the House and the Senate??

I am wrong? Or is Sen. Chucky a buffoon?? (NO OFFENSE TO COMRADE BUFFOON)... wrong?
If someone knows the answer to this question, please come forth with the telling and we shall send the result, COD, to Comrade Chucky too.

The Judiciary Branch only counts when it is trampling the Constitution advancing Noble Progressive ideals.

Since the Judiciary is now upholding the Constitution trampling the Rights of The People™ as determined by Progressives by declaring Dear Leader's Sacred Right to Health Insurance as unconstitutional, well, it is now time to ignore the Judiciary. Comrade Shumer is most korrekt!

I'll bet that stupid Palin woman thinks the three branches are legislative, executive and judicial and she's duped all those tea-party dolts into believing the same thing. Everyone else knows we have "living" constitutional system-- i.e., when Progressives control the Presidency, the House and the Senate collectively comprise a single branch known as the "Main Branch" with the Second Branch being the Supreme Court (also known as the Swing Branch) and the Third Branch being comprised of thetraditionally-dominant media augmented by the entertainment industry. (The Third Branch is sometimes called the Fourth Estate, but it's merely where the Third Branch grows low-hanging fruit to be picked effortlessly by Progressives in charge of the Main Branch.)


When the knuckle-dragging tea-partiers have a majority in the House, what should be the "Main Branch" becomes the One-Third Disabled Branch, which makes the Second Branch (the Swing Branch) even more important as well as the Third Branch, to which falls the responsibility of discrediting the disabled portion of the Main Branch.


But now we have a problem-- lesser twigs on the Swing Branch have now turned against us with adjudications that ObamaCare is unconstitutional. This greatly pleases the tea-party rabble, which makes it even more important for us to make sure the Fourth Estate continues to be a hospitable place for the Third Branch to grow because low hanging fruit becomes strategically important.


But regardless of who/what comprise the Three Branches, we can thank Lenin that Obama remains as the Root and Trunk for all branches. (There is only one exception and that is the tree that is Gore.)

I did hear that he frequents JiffyLobo alot..... But, he raises so much money for the Party, it really doesn't matter what he says. He's still upset that Scary Harry didn't lose last November. Eventhough Schumer is very eager in laying bills that is intended to attract extra international investment in the U.S, just like his and Mike Lee's proposed housing bill that would grant immigrants residence visas, I still don't like him. I assume that he's like other politicians who's first priority is their personal interest.
