To All Bourgeoisie, Join Us, or Go To Jail

User avatar
Fellow Collectivists,

The smell of oppressive socialized health care is on its way! And all of those who do not join Us in our collective effort, shall be fined heavy, or even go to jail! The Common Good™ is creeping closer.

From the JCT letter appear below:
“H.R.3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax.” [page 1]
- – - – - – - – - -
“If the government determines that the taxpayer's unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply…” [page 2]
- – - – - – - – - -
“Criminal penalties
Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual:

Section7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.” [page 3]

Should I be ashamed if I just opened a prison building business?

Praise Nansky Pelosi!!

May she include the funding for the Soylent Green conversion plants in the amended version of this landmark legislation! Soon we will be able to incarcerate the Reich wingers and also be able to turn the Global Warming deniers into Green food for the Obedient Masses.

Bless you, Nansky!! If only Teddy Kennedy were here to witness his dream coming true.

User avatar
after spending the afternoon listening to the glorious sounds of Nanski's loyal subjects telling all of us what a paradise awaits after passage of hr3962.
i was also subjected to the doubleungood brayings of the capitalist tools. how blind they are! how unwilling to following the one true light!
perhaps one of the more enlightened here can tell me why i have a overwhelming desire to inventory my ammo collection, and sharpen all my edged implements of destruction?

I would like to point out that these penalties on the bourgeoisie (and other dissenters) are the same penalties if one does not participate in our glorious "voluntary" Marxist income tax system. All hail The Common Good™!

Just the business part Navigator. If you turn it over to the State, then you're fine.

@ Elliot,
Ya know Commissar_Elliot.....I'm just not cut out for this Faith Hope and Change thing.
Should I be worried?
What's next, death by taxation?

User avatar
If you don't wear a burka in Afghanistan or Pakistan, the Taliban may stone you to death. How primitive, how barbaric. We are far kinder, far more genteel, far fairer. Those who willfully refuse to maintain health insurance premiums will not be stoned; they will not have their hands cut off; they will not be beheaded; they will simply pay a fine and go to jail. Now, I ask you, comrades, are we not the most civilized country in the world?

It's because you haven't had a trip or two to Jifi-Lobo. Contact Commissar Theocritus for directions. Also, with this notification of an ammo and weapon cache, you can expect a night raid. Thankfully for you, you are coming around to our way of thinking. Just a little more work to do.

Why yes actually, we tax you just for dying, we tax you in hopes of you dying, and even tax you after you die. It's a circle of life type of thing.

It's nice to see you back on here by the way Navigator.

As always, Commisar, my cache is open for the people's inspection. I would however, consider making an appointment, as the perimeter has been secured, in accordance with instructions from Party Central. Oh yes, have I mentioned my appointment to head the EX.perimental P.erimeter L.and O.ffice DE.vice section? Also known as EX.P.L.O.DE. Be seeing you!!

Why do you think we use gulag prisonersresidence as cannon fodder for such things first?

Remember, The Party doesn't come to appointments, we make appointments!

I would expect that you will require a minimum of at least 5 waves of "experimental volunteers".
But as you so aptly indicated above, that the Party makes appointments. So when you are ready to do so, I will be more than happy to share my meager supplies of beets and vodka with your glorious representatives. I do have a way with cooking beets with thermite!!Be seeing you!!

Glorious News, Comrades!!

HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE IN THE USSA TODAY!! Our Loving Maternal Mother, Speaker Nansky Pelosi, and her obedient followers have just passed the House version of a "Health Care" bill!!
His Excellency, Barack Hussein Obama, made an appearance just before the vote and instructed all true Progressive's to vote for this expression of love for the masses.

THE DEMOCRATS TRULY CARE FOR THE MASSES AND THE CHILDREN™. FEEL THE LOVE, AMERIKKKA!!

Image
Both of my legs are tingling uncontrollably!! Soon, there will be no more Reich wingers and dittoheads.

Thank you, Nansky. May you receive an enema so that you can spread more of your love and care upon the masses!!

User avatar
{off karacter} Well shit! Lovely to know that I can be fined and imprisoned for "health care evasion" while the thieves and tax cheats who created the law continue to go free. The problem is that, as soon as the Senate finishes effing us over and this goes to Bel0ved Leader to be signed in to law, that's it, game over. No Republican congress or president will ever be able, nor have the courage to repeal it.

Enjoy your slavery America, you've earned it!

User avatar
Ha! I spit on the Tea Baggers and their silly notion of peaceful protest.

It's just a shame that comrade Nanski felt the need to do her dirty deed under the cover of darkness. What time did the vote happen? I went to bed just past midnite on Saturday and still there was no vote. Yet, Sunday morning it was a done deal. Hat's off to all the brave suicidal Democrats who traded their chance at re-election in order to gratify Obama's ego.

And a special shout out to all the ACORN financed meth dealers for supplying the means necessary to get this vital legislation passed.

User avatar
(off character in all senses of the phrase)
This is it comrades, this is it. I sure pray we can get conservatives in Congress and the White House in 2012 to repeal this abomination of unspeakable proportions, or all is lost.

Our only two hopes left are the Senate and House can't reach a compromise, or the Supreme Court rules the laws unconstitutional. Either one I don't see happening, so it might be time for conservatives to pack up and move to some other country.

I will not buy this government care, as a matter of fact, I'll burn all papers the government sends me, piss on the ashes, then bury the ashes so as to send it back to the Hell it was spawned from.

Gollum, if you are reading this, I mean every word of it.

User avatar
{off karacter (again)}
I'm not as optimistic as many others are that the health care bill is a loser for those who voted for it. I note that the previous Congress, with largely the same leadership and low poll numbers, mostly retained their seats. It appears to me that they don't fear voter retribution and looking at the 2008 election results, you can understand why. Even if they lose control of one or both Houses for a while, the framework will remain in place to expand the Demokratische party agenda. If the Republicans stay true to form, they'll make promises and alter this or nibble away at that but never truly repeal govt. controlled healthcare. People will bitch and moan for a while but the Ds know that eventually they will become complacent and reliant on this program and the Rs will be left to promise to eff us more gently.

the senates position is way more precarious than the house. Reid is already under heavy assault, and getting 60 is an assload harder than getting 218. No one fears Reid, and after what will be going on after this vote, will cow the most ardent libs in the senate. Add this to the blatant unconstitutionality of the bill as set right now, beloved leaders plummeting numbers, and the 17+% unemployment will sink it. cap and tax likewise.
include the knowledge that the country will go to the mattresses over this, and you have a vote that invites a civil war. and they know it.

Might not bee a bad idea, a country club prison. At least you'd be guaranteed three hots and a cot.

If this Bill passes the Senate of the United Socialist States of America, does any one know a country I can move to where it believes in life, liberty, property, individual rights, and pursuit of happiness? Thanks. lol
