PETITION: Peacefully grant the State of Louisiana to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

First BUSH <spit> sends a hurricane up the center of New Orleans, and now this begins. The citizens are petitioning Dear Leader (PBUH) to dismiss the state of Louisana like a naughty cadet.

It's brilliant! we just divest ourselves of the red states one at a time, (less all mineral rights and offshore drilling options that we can sell to China) and we PURGE our problems away, without putting excess miles on our own railway systems or overloading our own Gringo Gulag system!

The Producers must be held captive so that their ill gotten wealth can be slowly but steadily extracted for transfer to the previously exploited classes. Reparations and redress of victims being made whole is central to the dogma.

Further the ideology depends on establishing Goobermit as an inescapable monopoly. The trend is toward D.C. & U.N. centralized control NOT decentralization where individual nation states end up competing with each other to attract the most ambitious productive individuals through divergent tax rates among other things. Competition can not be tolerated by the State.

Several state legislatures have already taken affirmative action in preparation. Besides non-binding resolutions reminding the Feds of the 10th amendment, some states have started putting together 'Doomsday' contingencies....for alternative currencies, and State controlled militaries. (Wyoming's legislative initiative to look into creating a Navy failed but made sense if Wyoming ever started engaging in 'Committees of Correspondence' with other revolutionary States).

So fantasy or not someday perhaps the traditionalist will realize they have no choice......other than surrender or stand.
