ISIS and the Tortilla Factory

I had heard that ISIS had in fact opened a "camp" there, which I assumed to be one of the "fun camps" that Comrade Hillary had recommended. Is it not so? Perhaps the corn chip factory is to make snacks for the fun camp.

Glorious news comrades, this Organic Tortilla and Corn Chip factory is the location that has been confirmed by a select committee to be run for the adult fun camp, administrated by our brother comrade Thought Sheriff Armenian Radio, whom through his contributions to the correction of thought crimes over the past year allowed him this promotion.
