I think we'll have the first presidential election in our history where the president refuses to accept the results, refuses to step down, and says he isn't going anywhere.

Joe Biden doesn’t strike me a guy that is competent to call his own shots.  The Press Conference Thursday evening made Joe look about as sharp as a marble.  I suspect he will do whatever his handlers tell him to do.  I doubt the results of the election will register with Joe unless it impinges on his ice cream time.
