Although not comprehensive or complete, it's general thrust is now expanded to include some of the umbrella groups behind the push.

Feel free, Comrade. I picked it up in South Carolina about 45 years ago but I think it goes way back to the beginning of stamps. Or boots. Or maybe even water.
