What he said was specific enough it's actionable - I sincerely hope Elon Musk and President Trump sue Vindman, the network, and anybody that repeats it in a malicious context.

Then we can look at the criminal (and possibly even UCMJ) charges for this calculated and destructive act.

As for what he actually SAID, if there was any doubt that he had "jumped the shark", this settles it.
