We then pay only 90% of what the toxically male unproductive sports-around-the-watercooler workforce was stealing. That means we're paying MORE than the supposed unjust 82 cents per male dollar most womyn are compensated, so we can get the best-of-the-best and have the most highly productive (Stakhanovist??) workforce, while still lowering our labor costs by a solid 10%.
