Empathy Rationed for "White Girl"

Justice not available when demographics don’t match.

We all heard the story of Iryna Zarutska, a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee randomly slaughtered on a train in Charlotte, NC - only because she was a “white girl.”

The media’s outrage machine revved for a moment, then sputtered to a stop once it came out that the victim and the perpetrator fit the wrong demographic categories. Yes, comrades - empathy is a luxury rationed by intersectional commissars. Without the correct “demographic pairing” there will be no candlelight vigils, no murals, and no Netflix miniseries.

While racially charged killings are still treated as the most important thing in our lives, they need to align with the Approved Narrative in order to call for “national conversations” and demand systemic change. Because tragedies only matter if they are useful politically. When the wrong people bleed, the Party averts its eyes.

Picture the headlines if a MAGA hat were anywhere within 500 miles of this crime scene. Now compare with the muted coverage when it doesn’t fit the script. Welcome to Next Tuesday, where justice is distributed like toilet paper - some get extra rolls, others none. Equity demands that this murder be quietly flushed down the memory hole.

The lesson is simple: not all lives matter equally. Some deaths are politically useful. Some are inconvenient. And the inconvenient ones must be forgotten for the Revolution to stay pure.

It’s impossible to tell the difference between social justice and psychosis.

Zelensky wouldn't let the father attend, due to assuming he would not return.  Might need him as cannon fodder to get his next load of coke,  receive his next pile of grifted cash for glorious final push to defeat Russia

Dear Comrade Toohey - that Iryna's father couldn't come is a shame. As for the rest of it, I would urge you not to be so trusting the Tucker/Putin's side of the story.

We all get upset when the Left makes up nonsensical stories about the Right, calling us Nazis. But when the same propaganda tricks are used to malign someone else, some of us happily run with it.

As someone recently said about Charlie Kirk's murder: "They don’t kill you because you’re a Nazi, they call you a Nazi so they can kill you."

The same applies to Ukraine and Zelensky, who are being maligned so they could be killed. I'd rather all people falsely accused of being Nazis unite in destroying that narrative, instead of reinforcing it.

I never said Zelensky is perfect. But neither is he the corrupt monster from the anti-Ukrainian fiction planted by Russia's influence operations.

You would certainly know better than I, but he was denied an exit visa.  I would be very grateful if I could hear a valid reason for it.

I have no real position on the ongoing war beyond snarky comments here.  I tend toward orange man's not wanting more dead innocents on both sides.
