The USSA lurched forward with a bold response to the threat by appointing a man who believes he is a woman to the rank of four-star admiral in the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps: Dr. Richard (Rachel) Levine


But because the Government is infected with an epidemic of diversarrhea, Secretary of Health and Human Services, Xavier Becerra, called "Admiral" Levine the "first-ever female four star admiral."

Let's follow the science (not the Science™) here: Levine is a man, not a woman. No matter how much he believes he's a woman and no matter how much the Government humors his delusion (and expects you to humor it, too), Levine is a man, so he cannot be the "first female four-star admiral." Rather, he is a sexual dysphoric benefitting from the diversarrhea epidemic.

To recap, HHS has placed a man with a mental health problem in charge of the nation's public health (even after he botched the job in Pennsylvania) and given him a top military rank (and apparently some unearned naval decorations, too), all for the sake of diversarrhea, which takes priority over everything except maybe defense against contrived boogymen such as climate change, terrorist parents, insurrectionist Trump voters, and the unvaccinated.
