Twitter / X, Interwebs -- Actor Mark Hamill made the news this week by calling the US President and Vice President “a disgrace to our country.”  His previous newsworthy event was the week before when his pants accidentally fell down during his live, televised 2025 BAFTA (The British Academy of Film and Television Arts) speech.

The American actor's most well known role was Luke Skywalker, the hero of the Star Wars franchise.  The character followed an interesting arc from unknown teenager to famous hero to broken down, pathetic old man - an arc the actor himself appears to have copied in real life.

So the facts are, his pants fell down.
The jackalope doesn’t want to know why, but acknowledging the fact could bring healing to so many.

I had to look up the trouser dropping Comrade.  It has been also long since his inconsequential 15 minutes of fame that I had forgotten who he was.  

Didn’t he play a “special” magical thinking pilot?  Utterly calamitous excuse for an officer.  Leading his entire flight to annihilation so he could aggrandize his “feelings” was his sole accomplishment.  

Maybe we should consider what he said.  After all, he seems to know a great deal about disgrace.
