It's now being leaked that given the alacrity with which President Obama has embraced President Putin's brilliant chemical-stablization plan for Syria, President Asaad has directed that there be placed in the now-reopened Syrian Museum of Statuary Art in Damascus the Russian Renaissance Sculptor Vladymir Putin's statue "Obama With Unbelievably Small Fig Leaf."




At the unveiling, Putin assured the press that in sculpting "Obama With Unbelievably Small Fig Leaf," he used ingredients that will be impervious to corrosion by chemicals prevalent in the Syrian environment. Thus, unlike the unbelievably small, green figleaf, his "Obama" will never turn green so that it will always be easy for art critics to see the tiny fig leaf.

We can only hope that this photo shows the unfinished statue; the Perpetual Halo that hovers above the saintly head of President Mmm-mmm-mmm (PBUH) is notably missing.
