PC Speak, Continued

Today's lesson in politically correct speech emphasizes the importance of keeping positive progressive terms positive, and using other terms when necessary. The omedia, of course, have mastered the art. Consider the following:

As demonstrated here, the term "African-American" is used only when something good is to be said about the subject. By contrast, if an African-American black man is ever arrested (wrongfully, no doubt) or convicted (must be a white jury), then the term "black" may be used. Be mindful that when reporting on or describing such matters it is best to add that the "alleged suspect" or perpetrator has only been "described as" black, leaving open the probability that the subject is actually a white hispanic.

In the same way, when looking for the "human interest" angle, the term "undocumented immigrant" or similar nomenclature with emphasis on "undocumented" must be used. In the unlikely event that such a person were to commit a crime, he or she may be referred to as an "illegal alien." Exceptions apply in the case of children, who may be referred to as "undocumented immigrants" in all cases, because it is not their fault, whatever "it" is.

The distinction between "strippers" and "exotic dancers" is a grey area. Terminology will depend upon political association. Consult a progressive superior if in doubt.

A "stripper" is any woman acquaintance of a conservative politician, except for the ones he is caught in the act of having sex with, who are "hookers."

An "exotic dancer" is a hooker (underage or otherwise) patronized by a liberal politician, except if he is caught in the act of having sex with her in which case she is a "sex worker."

However, if the womyn above was dark skinned, had just jumped from the nose gear wheel well of an incoming 747 at Kennedy Airport, and was internationally recognized as the foremost distiller of lethal beet vodka, she would be korrectly called a Rethuglikkkan!
 

Komrades, I must protest the use of the term "undocumented immigrant"! These are unregistered democrats you speak of!
Unless they have been caught in the act of another crime, in which case they are conservative lackeys.
